Requirements (Health)

ü        All dogs must have up-to-date rabies, distemper booster, hepatitis & bordetella (proof required, if not, a waiver form must be signed)

ü        Flea Protection (if not , a waiver form must be signed)

ü        License for dog & name tag– Registered with the City (if not, a waiver form must be signed)

ü        Be non-aggressive to people and other dogs

ü        Other current shot records (if not, a waiver form must be signed)

ü        In good health

Requirements (Sleepovers)

ü       Adequate food,  medication if needed, sleeping area for pet sitter and blanket for pet sitter
